Aurora Innovation started in 1996 and has clients in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Aurora Innovation helps people and companies to get in touch with each other, by using their TeleQ and CallControl services. TeleQ removes telephone queues and instead offers customer-friendly scheduled callbacks. TeleQ is used today by 70% of the Swedish population, mostly within the healthcare sector. CallControl is an application for Smartphones that handles your calls when you cannot answer. All Aurora Innovations services are supplied as "Software as a service" (SaaS).
