Choice without the need for exchange
TeleQ Choice allows your customers to choose where they want to be connected. With TeleQ Choice you can easily manage which numbers you want to connect the calls to and which message the costumer shall be met by. You do not have to sit behind a common exchange or be connected to each other in any other way.

An easy way of managing calls
TeleQ Choice is a comprehensive menu choice that is customized to route your incoming calls as you like. You record your own messages, and the menu choice can be changed easily from the user friendly interface. TeleQ Choice can be used as a separate function or combined with any of TeleQ Callback, Duo, Picker or Push.

TeleQ Choice is web-based and works with all types of telephony solutions as well as switchboards.

TeleQ Choice works as follows:

  • The customer calls and is greeted by your pre-recorded message, for example: "Welcome, press 1 for Sales Office, press 2 for Customer Service."
  • TeleQ Choice routes the call according to the caller’s choice.
  • The call is handled by the corresponding connection, for example an agent, a response group or another TeleQ-service.
