TeleQ Duo provides the combined service of TeleQ Callback and TeleQ Picker. The caller can choose themself to wait in line or get a call back time. With Duo you can manage peaks in your telephony and more customers get served. TeleQ Duo makes it possible to schedule work hours for call backs at the same time as you can increase the number of calls handled instantly by increasing the number of agents for the service.

TeleQ Duo is web-based and works with all types of telephony solutions as well as switchboards.

TeleQ Duo works as follows

  • TeleQ Duo handles incoming calls and welcomes the customers with your pre-recorded greeting. The customer can choose if they want to wait in line, or to be called back at a specified time.
  • TeleQ Duo handles the customer’s choice interactively and gives the customer a message of expected waiting time or the exact call back time.
  • The incoming calls are listed and the agents handle each call from their computer screen.
