TeleQ Picker provides an advanced response group for your organisation. With TeleQ Picker your co-workers can cooperate regardless of their location. It is not necessary to connect the group to specific phones or places of work; the staff can log in to the system from any computer with internet. TeleQ Picker also has skills-based routing which will automatically direct incoming calls to the person with the correct competence.

TeleQ Picker is web-based and independent of telephony solutions and switchboards.

TeleQ Picker works as follows

  • The agent logs in via Internet
  • TeleQ Picker handles incoming calls and welcomes the customer with your greeting. Until someone answers the call, the customer is told the estimated time before their call will be handled.
  • The incoming calls are listed and agents handle all calls from their computer screen.
  • The agent takes care of each call in the list.
