With TeleQ Push you create and customize your response group easily. No common platform is required and your co-workers can log into the group from any phone. Incoming calls are routed to a free agent, if no agent is available the caller gets information about the expected wait time. The number of agents is unlimited and they do not have to be connected by any switch or common telephony solution. Administrators or managers can log in to the system to get a visual overview; agents only use their telephone to log on.
